Our panel event at UCLA’s Schoenberg Hall featured conversations on the state of Los Angeles real estate including affordable housing, homelessness, and how technology is providing solutions for industry-wide issues in the  market. ​Moderated by director of USC Lusk Center for Real Estate director Richard K. Green, the event included a range of noted panel speakers including Bret Nielsen, COO of Anderson Real Estate, Chris Fraley, CIO of RealtyMogul, Saira Rahman, VP of New Investor Initiatives at Fundrise, and Neyshia Go, Senior Global Real Estate Advisor at Sotheby’s International Realty.
