RE|STRUCTURED NEWS, in partnership with the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and the USC Price School of Public Policy, hosted a live conversation panel event on Tuesday, April 15th at the Ralph and Goldy Lewis Hall, Lewis Hall Room 101.
Expert leaders including Richard K. Green, Professor and Director of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, Clare De Briere, Founding Partner of Catalyst Property Company, Lewis C. Horne, President for Advisory Services for CBRE's LA, Orange County, and Inland Empire region, Scott B. Laurie, President and CEO of The Olson Company, Santina Contreras, Assistant Professor of Urban Planning and Spatial Analysis at the USC Price School, and others discussed the recent wildfires' impact on Los Angeles' real estate market, and the financial, economic, and legal steps being taken to reshape the city's landscape. The event brought together real estate professionals, investors, policymakers, and students who were able to network with one another while gaining valuable insights on the evolving challenges and solutions shaping the future of real estate in Los Angeles.
Proceeds from the event were donated to a foundation supporting wildfire relief efforts.
